The partnership behind the CO2 test centre at Mongstad, European CO2 Test Centre Mongstad (TCM), has entered into a contract with Fluor Ltd, UK, for technical studies of amine based CO2 capture facilities. The studies will form part of the decision basis concerning the building of an amine based testing facility, which final investment decision is expected to be made in 4th quarter 2008.
