The ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit is co-hosted by the United States Department of Energy’s Advanced Research Project Agency for Energy (ARPA-E). At the 2012 Summit, they had over 2,600 attendees representing a high-quality mix of scientific researchers, venture capital investors, technology entrepreneurs, and government officials. Past keynote speakers include Bill Gates, FedEx CEO Fred Smith, Xerox CEO Ursula Burns, MIT President Susan Hockfield, and President Bill Clinton.
Now in its fourth year, the Summit brings together leaders from academia, business, and government to discuss cutting-edge energy issues and facilitate relationships to help move advanced energy technologies into the marketplace.
